Agadoo was a 1984 hit for British pop group Black Lace and has been a party favourite ever since! Despite not reaching the coveted number one spot, it spent 30 weeks in the UK singles chart top 75, peaking at number two.

Despite its popularity, it was voted "the worst song of all time" in a Q magazine poll in 2003!

A new uptempo version of the song was released in 2009 by Leeds based ex-Black Lace singer Dene Michael.

Like it or loathe it, Agadoo is a cheesy-disco pop classic and will be here forever!
